Alessandro Elia – Psychologist specializing in psychotherapy (FSP)

Alessandro Elia is an FSP-certified psychologist specializing in psychotherapy, trained in systemic and strategic approaches, solution-focused therapy, family therapy, and school-based systemic work.

He offers psychotherapeutic support tailored to children, teenagers, adults, and families.

Psychotherapy is a field of psychology that helps individuals manage emotional, behavioral, or relational difficulties, using evidence-based methods to support mental well-being.

Alessandro Elia has worked as a school psychologist and as a lecturer and researcher in clinical psychology at the University of Lausanne. He continues to collaborate with schools and institutions across Switzerland as a trainer and supervisor.
