Centre Sésames – Brief and Systemic Therapy

Centre Sésames offers therapy consultations and training in brief systemic and strategic therapy, based on the Palo Alto model. This approach helps resolve complex problems through practical, present-focused solutions rather than exploring past causes.

Consultations are available for anyone – children, teenagers, adults, and families – experiencing emotional or relational difficulties. The center focuses on interactions and relationships, rather than diagnosing individuals.
