My Approach to Therapeutic Hypnosis

Ericksonian hypnosis is a gentle and respectful approach that helps access unconscious resources to promote change and well-being. Contrary to common misconceptions, it is not a state of sleep or loss of control, but rather a modified state of consciousness where the mind becomes more receptive to solutions that suit it best.

Why Consult for Hypnosis?

Therapeutic hypnosis can be used for a wide range of issues, including:

The Therapeutic Process

The number of sessions varies depending on each person's needs and goals. Some issues can be resolved in just a few sessions, while others require longer-term support.

First session – Case History

This session is dedicated to discussion. We take the time to explore your concerns, expectations, and way of functioning. The goal is to fully understand your history and needs in order to tailor the therapeutic approach. This first session does not include hypnosis but lays the foundation for the upcoming work.

Second session – Hypnosis session

This session marks the beginning of the hypnosis work. Based on your objective, I use tailored suggestions to support the desired changes.

Third session and follow-up – Deepening the work

This session helps to reinforce and integrate the effects of hypnosis. It is adapted to the experiences and progress observed between sessions.

Continued follow-up – A personalized approach

After the third session, follow-up continues at a pace that suits your evolution. Some individuals may need only a few more sessions, while others may benefit from regular support over several months. The duration depends on the nature of the issue and your personal journey.
