Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive approach based on attentive listening to the tissues. Derived from cranial osteopathy, this method uses light palpation to establish a subtle dialogue between the body's different structures. From the cranium to the sacrum, sessions take place without manipulation or application of force, acting on the diaphragms, fascias and deep tissues such as the dural tube and cerebrospinal fluid.

This approach considers the body as a unit, with each part linked by connective tissue. Physical or emotional trauma can leave restrictions in the fascia, which are capable of memorising these events and causing a variety of symptoms when the tissue's adaptability is exceeded.
