My name is Stela Meier, and I am the owner of this massage practice.

As a former professional athlete in track and field, I have always been deeply involved with the essence and optimization of the body, as well as the balance between performance and a healthy body awareness. After my sports career, I expanded my knowledge and experience by training as a therapeutic masseuse at the ACOMED Academy in Zurich.

For many years, I have been passionately dedicated to the art of massage and its healing effects on the human body. My goal is to offer each individual a personalized treatment tailored to their needs, promoting both physical and mental well-being.

My massage philosophy is based on a holistic approach that focuses on the entire body. I believe that physical impairments and pain often have deeper underlying causes that need to be identified and treated. Through targeted massage techniques and intuitive bodywork, I help my clients release blockages and rediscover their inner balance.
