In a previous life, I worked in the world of advertising and large international companies.

After several years serving brands, I realized that I wanted to contribute to society in a different way and dedicate myself to helping people.

I am fascinated by human beings and their existential challenges:

the relationship with oneself, with others, being in the world, feeling balanced in life, finding one's place in a society undergoing profound change.

Sometimes the way we live does not align with our values, and this can lead to physical or mental distress.

It is in such moments that an encounter can make all the difference.

For me, it was discovering Sophrology that changed my life and helped me find the path that truly suits me.

Practicing the Caycedo® method opened my eyes to who I fundamentally am and how to take charge of my life.

I love listening, taking time, sharing, and creating.

Being a sophrologist means supporting others in their lives, helping them become aware of their abilities, and guiding them to discover the hidden treasure within themselves that will allow them to live in harmony with their own values.
