I've been practising sophrology since 2007.

This method of ‘Dynamic Relaxation’ gives access to an understanding of oneself and personal capacities. It's a method that helps to create new ways of working that are in tune with who you are.

The strength of sophrology lies in its simplicity. It is accessible to everyone, from 7 to 100 years old (and more).
