I have been practicing sophrology since 2007.

This method of "Dynamic Relaxation" provides access to self-understanding and personal capabilities, helping you create new ways of functioning aligned with your true self.

The strength of sophrology lies in its simplicity. It is accessible to everyone, from ages 7 to 100 (and beyond).

I support you in addressing specific needs or navigating major life changes.
