José Alen – Certified Massage Therapist, ASCA Member

A massage therapist since 1994 and a reflexologist since 1998, José Alen brings extensive expertise in health and well-being. With experience working alongside naturopaths, osteopaths, doctors, and physiotherapists, he has also contributed to athletes' physical preparation.

In 1999, he founded the Therapeutic Care Center and a massage school, where he taught for six years. Since 2012, he has been an expert examiner in general reflexology and meridian massage.

Specializing in meridian massage since 2000, he obtained an additional diploma in 2016 to refine his practice. He combines this technique with general reflexology to relieve various ailments, whether sports-related or part of everyday life. He also incorporates Korean Su Jok reflexology into his treatments to optimize results in the shortest time possible.

Massage Therapy and Its Benefits

Therapeutic massage is a manual technique aimed at relieving muscle tension, improving joint mobility, and stimulating blood, lymphatic, and energy circulation. It is particularly effective for stress, muscle and joint pain, digestive disorders, headaches, insomnia, and fatigue.

José Alen has developed his own method by combining several techniques:

• General and Korean reflexology
• Meridian massage
• Joint mobilization

Insurance and Reimbursement

José Alen is an ASCA-certified therapist. Treatments may be covered by certain complementary health insurances. Patients are advised to check with their provider beforehand.
