INTEGRATIVE MIND-BODY SESSIONS: Therapeutic massage targeting your specific issues and needs & Psycho-body therapy. After an initial discussion and observation phase, you will benefit from tailored advice and exercises based on somatic tools (stress regulation, breathing, posture, etc.).

The goal is to help you with practical advice and tools to address your physical, mental, or combined issues.
