To help you feel better in your body, reduce your aches and pains (even if they've been with you for a long time) and your stress, I offer, according to your needs:

• a classic massage - sports massage - rebound massage - tummy massage, or simply a massage tailored to your stress levels
• a seated massage, in the office, at home, or at your workplace (minimum 3 people)
• nutritional advice (for health, weight loss, sports, well-being, etc.)

I am recognized by ASCA (www.asca.ch), RME (www.rme.ch) and EGK for classical massage.
