Dr. Alexandros Karentzos 

 Dr. Alexandros Karentzos is a surgeon specializing in general surgery. He graduated in Greece in 2014 and has gained international experience, practicing in renowned hospitals in France, the UK, and Switzerland. His diverse career path has allowed him to develop expertise in specific surgical fields.

After joining the University Hospitals of Geneva in 2016, he completed a fellowship in 2020 in the UK, accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons of England. This training enabled him to specialize in the treatment of benign surgical conditions of the esophagus and stomach, as well as laparoscopic exploration of the bile duct.

Upon his return to Switzerland in 2021, he became head of the general surgery clinic at Fribourg Cantonal Hospital and also worked in the pediatric surgery department of the University Hospitals of Geneva, where he further developed his skills in pediatric surgery.
