1.Free 20-minute phone consultation: This allows me to answer your questions and ensure that my approach aligns with your expectations.

2. Therapeutic Sessions: These generally include a discussion and a personalized practice: movements, breathing exercises, meditation, EFT, or Havening.

My Approach:

Talk therapy (psychotherapy) works “top-down” by consciously modifying our thoughts and behaviors. However, it has limitations when dealing with conditioned emotional reactions, psychosomatic disorders, and unconscious patterns affecting relationships.

Body-mind therapy, by integrating the body, also works “bottom-up”, focusing on sensations and unconscious memory to create lasting transformation.

All my methods can be combined with each other:

✦ Psychosomatic Sophrology

Includes breathing techniques, conscious movement, and guided meditations. Helps develop body awareness and self-awareness. Supports healing the past, easing the present, and envisioning a positive future by unlocking individual potential.

✦ Body-Mind Sex Therapy

Addresses sexual and relationship issues using a body-mind approach, integrating tools from Sophrology, Havening, or EFT.

✦ Havening Techniques

Based on neuroscience. Uses self-soothing touch to rewire stress triggers in the amygdala (the brain’s emotional center).

✦ EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Involves tapping on acupuncture points. Helps release emotional or physical blockages linked to painful past or present experiences.

✦ Reiki

A Japanese energy healing practice. Relieves physical tension, dissolves emotional and mental blockages, and realigns and harmonizes the body’s energy.
