Certified ASCA sophrologist and hypnotherapist, I support adults and children in Geneva on their journey to improved well-being. My holistic approach combines body and mind, conscious and unconscious, relaxation and introspection, using tools such as sophrology, hypnosis, and RITMO® (neuro-emotional reprogramming combining hypnosis and EMDR). These methods help release blockages, activate positive changes, and reconnect with yourself.
