I keep the memory of my grandmother in Chile, who took care of me using plants, massage techniques, and other little secrets passed down to her through a long line of ancestral healers.

Thanks to her, I grew up with the conviction that nature and ancestral techniques have the power to bring true well-being and gently soothe both the soul and the body.

Over time, I became interested in the virtues of shiatsu, seeking an alternative that is both gentle and effective for addressing physical and emotional needs that were often left unmet by modern medicine.

I therefore completed a 4-year training program as a shiatsu therapist at the ISS of Carouge, the "International Shiatsu School."

My passion for this art led me to pursue a specialization in maternity shiatsu with Suzanne Yates, an instructor and founder of Wellmother, between Geneva and Paris.

My thirst for knowledge and interest in personal development techniques led me to further my practice with training in Chinese therapeutic cupping at the CSMTC in Lausanne, as well as earning a diploma as a TFH "Touch for Health" therapist and BR kinesiologist at the AS Kinesiology Institute in Montagny-près-Yverdon.

As a massage therapist, my role is to encourage you to better understand and connect with your body. I will be there to support you in finding your balance and unlocking your healing potential in a safe and caring environment.

I firmly believe that listening, touch, and acknowledging a person's experience are integral parts of the healing process.
