Viviane

Certified Shiatsu Therapist since 1996, I discovered my passion for this therapeutic art after completing a four-year training at the International School of Shiatsu.

Following my certification, I regularly assisted classes led by experienced teachers, and later had the joy of teaching the professional Shiatsu training program myself for several years.

These years of assisting and teaching allowed me to deepen my practice, refine my technique, and better share this bodywork and energy-based art.

Over time, my journey as a therapist has been enriched by various experiences and complementary trainings. Gentle osteopathic techniques, aromatherapy, and counseling have broadened my holistic understanding of healing and health support.

Shiatsu Healing

Shiatsu is a Japanese healing art based on touch, deeply rooted in the philosophy and principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This therapeutic practice aims to enhance vitality and promote well-being on physical, emotional, and mental levels.

Shiatsu is practiced in an atmosphere of calm and presence. Through precise manual pressure along the energy meridians, the practitioner works holistically to free the flow of vital energy (Ki), support breathing, and activate the body’s natural self-healing abilities.

It is a subtle, meditative, and silent process, grounded in deep listening to the body and its needs.

By releasing accumulated tension—particularly within the nervous system—Shiatsu induces a profound and lasting state of relaxation. It helps restore inner balance and reactivate the body’s self-regulation capacity.

This natural health therapy is recognized by complementary health insurance providers.
