After completing university studies in literature and humanities, I turned to clinical sexology in 2005, a fascinating profession that combines my three favorite fields: therapy, humanities, and biology.

The beginning of this journey started with clinical sexology, followed by two sexotherapeutic approaches: the sexocorporeal approach and sexanalysis.

Through various encounters and discussions, I became open to other forms of learning, which have proven to be highly useful in both my private and professional life: mindfulness, non-violent communication, systems theory, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT).

Driven by my thirst for knowledge, I resumed my studies to understand human sexuality from another perspective: sexual health through counseling and education. This included experiences in family planning and within schools (primary, secondary, and vocational). This wealth of knowledge and practice has allowed me to bring a new dimension to my clinical work.

In 2023, I began training in hypnotherapy, specifically hypnopraxy, which already enables me to add an extra dimension to my practice.
