Anka Grzywacz – Sex Therapy & Coaching

Anka Grzywacz is a sex therapist and coach specializing in helping individuals, couples and constellations improve their intimate lives. She offers sessions in Zurich, Thalwil, and online.

Sex therapy addresses various concerns such as low libido, orgasm difficulties and emotional blocks related to sexuality. Anka combines her training in clinical sexology and sex coaching with body-oriented therapy approach (currently she's in advanced training in body-oriented psychotherapy method called Bioenergetic Analysis).

Sessions are available for individuals (60 minutes) and couples (75 minutes), with regular follow-ups every one to two weeks and home assignments between sessions. The first consultation helps define goals and create a personalized action plan. The practice is open to clients of all gender and sexual identities.

• Individual: 80 CHF (first session), 120 CHF (following sessions)
• Couples: 100 CHF (first session), 150 CHF (following sessions)
• Custom pricing for non-monogamous relationships of more than three people upon request
