I’m Julie Bauer, a sex therapist and relational counselor dedicated to helping adults and teenagers explore fulfilling sexuality and harmonious relationships.

My approach is inclusive and compassionate, honoring each individual’s uniqueness, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or life story.

During our sessions, I provide a safe and open space to explore your needs, challenges, or questions. Together, we’ll work on building a healthier connection with yourself and your partners by focusing on pleasure, trust, and personal growth.

I also offer couple therapy to help navigate relational challenges and improve communication. Additionally, body therapy sessions, like the Five Continents massage, allow you to reconnect with your body and release stored emotions.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs and can be conducted in person or online. My goal is to support you in a respectful and secure environment.
