Hello,

I've been a nurse since 1997 and have three young daughters. My work as a nurse has enabled me to take care of a large number of patients, but over the years of practice, I have come to realize that today's society demands that we go faster and faster, without taking into consideration that we are part of a whole. We have our physical body, but we also have an energy body and an emotional body. When there's a problem with one of these bodies, energy can no longer circulate freely, which can lead to dysfunctions or blockages.

Being the mother of three teenage daughters has also shown me that today's young people find it hard to find their place in a fast-paced world, and that they need time to recharge their batteries and do things consciously. It's important to me to help them evolve serenely.

That's why I trained in Reiki, which enables me to put my expertise at the service of your well-being and that of your children. Convinced of the benefits of energetic harmonization, I offer personalized support to help you regain balance, calm and vitality.

My treatments are not yet covered by insurance companies. My file is currently being examined by them.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy practice of Japanese origin designed to harmonize body, mind and emotions. Through the laying on of hands or from a distance, the practitioner channels and transmits universal energy to promote inner balance, reduce stress and stimulate natural healing capacities. Reiki can help relieve physical ailments such as muscular tension, migraines, or digestive disorders, while soothing emotional states such as anxiety, depression or overwork.
