My Mission:

My role is to help you feel lighter and more alive, through and within your feet, your physical body, and your emotional being, to maintain or regain the balance that allows you to sail full steam ahead.

Looking Back:

A significant health issue led me to explore gentler approaches than conventional medicine, even though it remains indispensable.

On my journey of curiosity, I discovered numerous complementary therapy methods, including reflexology. This technique fascinates me; it provides gentle and effective access to the body. After 20 years in HR, I chose a new path, keeping the human being at the center of my work and fostering a privileged connection.

With my therapeutic reflexology certification obtained in 2023, I am pursuing my project in holistic health.

The Ginkgo Biloba tree is a unique specimen among trees. Exceptionally resilient, it survived a major and traumatic event: the atomic bomb.

The human body is fascinating and endowed with incredible capabilities. I am convinced of its power to release and recover on both physical and emotional levels because everything is interconnected. What I love about my work is seeing a person feel better through their own resources. Contributing to the health of others, even on a small scale, from childhood and throughout life's stages, perfectly aligns with my personal values.
