Plantar and palmar reflexology is a natural approach that consists of stimulating reflex zones located on the feet and/or hands in order to promote physical, psychological, emotional and energetic well-being. It can be used in a therapeutic setting to relieve various symptoms (fatigue, stress, insomnia, pain, tension, water retention, digestive, respiratory and hormonal disorders, etc.) or for a moment of relaxation and well-being and energy rebalancing. Laure Meyer offers Reiki treatments (she is a certified Reiki Master Practitioner) and other energy treatments aimed at harmonizing and rebalancing energies and chakras, allowing tensions to be released and promoting general well-being, whether physical, psychological, emotional or energetic.
