Who I am ?
I'm Danielle, founder of Empreintes DFG, and my story is one of personal and professional evolution, guided by a passion for people and well-being.
From an early age, I've felt an attraction to human contact and natural approaches. This inspired the name Empreintes DFG: my hands come to rest on you and leave my fingerprints to offer well-being and relief, with the acronym DFG corresponding to my first and full name (Danielle Fama Goulao).
I'm dedicated to helping you manage your physical and mental health by reducing the impact of STRESS on the body. Using different manual techniques, I adapt to the unique needs of each of you.
I check with you at the beginning of each session and always adapt my practice according to the evolution of your physical and mental health and with your agreement.
Where and when?
- Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last appointment) at Le Plantaz in Rolle (visitor's area available)
- Saturday from 9am to 5pm (last appointment) at Elaneha in Rolle (free parking behind the building).
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the session.

Reflexology
This is a manual technique involving pressure on reflex zones or points located on the ears, face, hands, back and feet. The “modern” or “Western” reflexology I practice is linked to nerve stimuli.
Reflex zones or points involve stimulating receptor cells, which are sensory cells sensitive to touch on the surface of the skin. Stimulation of a specific point on the ears, face, hands, back or feet will generate a distant response in the body via the nervous circuit to the lower part of the brain, via the spinal cord.
Reflex zones or points correspond to different organ systems such as the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune, respiratory, digestive, urinary and genital systems.
Personalized massage therapy
Personalized therapeutic massage is an individualized approach designed to meet the specific needs of each client. Using a variety of massage techniques, such as kneading, sliding pressure, stretching and friction, personalized therapeutic massage promotes muscle relaxation, relieves tension and helps reduce pain. It can be adapted to treat specific problems such as chronic pain, sports injuries or accumulated stress.
