I am a certified reflexologist (ASCA and RME), specializing in foot reflexology and aromatherapy. I guide my patients through a natural approach to restoring body balance and relieving various physical and emotional imbalances.

The reflexology I practice is based on the massage of reflex zones located primarily on the feet. These zones are connected to different organs in the body. By stimulating them, I act reflexively to release tension, reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote overall balance.

I also integrate aromatherapy into my practice, using carefully selected essential oils for their benefits on both body and mind. Whether it’s to relieve stress-related issues, improve sleep, ease pain, or strengthen the immune system, I create personalized preparations tailored to your specific needs.

I pay particular attention to supporting women throughout the different stages of their lives, from puberty to adulthood. Reflexology can alleviate hormonal imbalances, such as irregular or painful cycles, endometriosis symptoms, or discomfort related to polycystic ovary syndrome.
