Anaïs Salomé Lardon is a reflexologist offering a comprehensive approach to well-being, combining energy therapy with sports coaching. Her practice is based on a holistic vision, integrating body care and personal development to meet each individual’s needs.

Sports side, she is a certified fitness coach with a Federal Diploma and a Bachelor's degree. A yoga instructor (over 800 hours of training) and Pilates teacher, she is also a trainer and presenter for Les Mills. Her sports practice aims to harmonize body and mind, supporting her clients’ goals through personalized training and nutritional balance.

Therapy side, she works as an energy therapist, sophrologist, and reflexologist. She also offers massages and cupping therapy to promote deep relaxation and energy recovery.
