ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Fiona Helle, a reflexologist accredited by ASCA and RME in Geneva. I support individuals with ADHD or migraines to ease their daily challenges through reflexology.

After spending several years in a completely different field, I decided to refocus my career on people and trained in reflexology. Always drawn to manual and natural techniques like osteopathy and acupuncture, I discovered reflexology in 2016 during a significant personal transformation, and it has since become a key ally in my life.

In 2021, I completed a reflexology training program at Esclarmonde School in Geneva, accredited by OrTra, under the guidance of Elske Miles. Today, I dedicate my attentive listening and empathy to enhancing your well-being.
