Carla Cesio specializes in therapeutic reflexology applied to Chinese energetics, as well as psychopedagogy and BodyArt, a holistic physical training blending strength and relaxation. She offers support to both children and adults, integrating methods based on a holistic understanding of the human being and overall well-being.

Carla offers consultations in reflexology (foot, hand, and abdominal) and cupping therapy, recognized for restoring energy balance and promoting deep relaxation. She also applies her expertise in psychopedagogy to guide the emotional and cognitive development of children, particularly in Montessori schools. Passionate about body expression, Carla is also a BodyArt instructor, a practice combining movement and breath for body-mind harmony.
