With almost 16 years of experience in the hospital sector, where I managed medical, care, and administrative projects, I developed a deep understanding of patients' needs and the challenges linked to well-being. This experience taught me the importance of self-care and focusing on what truly matters.
This realization led me to specialize in reflexology, a natural and effective method for restoring the body and mind's balance. My training at the Epidaure school in Yverdon-les-Bains allowed me to build a solid foundation of expertise with:
- 248 hours in academic medicine,
- 150 hours of specialization in foot reflexology.
