Passionate about reflexology for many years, I have completed comprehensive training as a Complementary Therapist in Reflexology (OrTra branch certificate). I have been a certified reflexologist since June 2021.

For me, active listening is fundamental and allows us to progress together throughout the sessions.

Accredited by ASCA and recognized by most supplementary health insurance providers (depending on your contract conditions).

I also offer sound therapy with singing bowls. This therapy is particularly close to my heart as it reminds me of my trip to Nepal. It is ideal for individuals who are stressed, anxious, suffering from sleep disorders, or simply looking to experience an inner journey.

Sessions in reflexology or sound therapy will, of course, be tailored to your specific needs.
