Julia Lemoine

Driven by a lifelong desire to help and care for others, I have gained 15 years of experience in the medical field. I have also faced challenging experiences, such as burnout and the illness of a loved one, which led me to undergo deep self-reflection and later train as a coach.

I chose this path to support individuals in their personal growth, helping them achieve their goals by highlighting their skills and resources to attain optimal well-being and inner peace while fostering positive changes.

What particularly inspires me about coaching is its compassionate, non-judgmental, human, and dynamic nature. The coachee takes back control of their life and becomes the main protagonist of their own journey. What fulfills me the most in my current work is witnessing my clients thrive, feel proud, happy, and finally be themselves.
