Who is it for?

My consultations are intended for adults facing issues with overweight, chronic obesity, and eating behavior disorders (bulimia, binge eating, so-called "emotional" eating, snacking, cognitive restrictions). They also cater to those experiencing associated psychological distress (anxiety, depression, fatigue, sleep disturbances, social isolation, etc.). If you are ready to embark on a journey towards improved well-being and sustainable weight loss, I would be happy to support you.

Support Provided

I offer psychological care based on understanding the underlying mechanisms of eating disorders, managing emotions, and applying the principles of psychonutrition. My goal is to help you establish a calm and balanced relationship with food.

Approach

Trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I utilize practical techniques to address everyday challenges, helping you overcome obstacles and develop your internal resources.

Practical Information

Consultations are billed directly to the patient. As I am not reimbursed by LAMal, please contact your insurance to check if your supplementary coverage includes this type of care.

Sessions can be held in my office or online.

I am a dedicated psychologist who practices a humanistic, holistic, and compassionate approach. I also hold a degree in nutrition and have supported many patients dealing with overweight and chronic obesity in their preparation for bariatric surgery. My aim is to guide motivated individuals toward understanding, transformation, and the change they desire.

I am a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP) and the Vaud Association of Psychologists (AVP).
