With over 20 years of professional experience in teaching and training across various fields, as well as working in human services, I am incredibly fortunate today to live my passion and support you in your personal and professional development toward fulfillment.

Warm, cheerful, and dynamic by nature, I passionately combine my extensive practical experience with cutting-edge theoretical knowledge in applied positive psychology, neuroscience, and coaching psychology to help you.

I also have extensive experience in supporting individuals with different cognitive functioning—as well as their families and partners—toward greater fulfillment. This has become a true passion, and I guide them in discovering, understanding, and applying the advantages of their NEURODIVERSITY.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a structured relationship between a client, also known as the "coachee," and a coach, aimed at personal or professional development within a process of change through structured one-on-one conversations.

The client selects a desired goal for their personal or professional growth. Through structured, goal-oriented discussions, the coach-client relationship fosters the development of potential.

By asking thought-provoking questions, the coachee explores new possibilities and perceived challenges. Various strategies, tools, and techniques are introduced to promote, enhance, and facilitate new ways of thinking, behavioral shifts, and attitude changes that lead to improved performance, personal growth, and fulfillment.

Learning and developing new ways of thinking and being are made possible through session conversations, as well as through self-reflection and practical application between sessions. This process helps build sustainable change toward a desired, serene life.

Coaching psychology is a branch of applied psychology that scientifically studies and highlights theoretical models that support these transformations.
