To support this, I enjoy offering expressive techniques during sessions (dance 💃, painting 🎨, mandalas 🌀, collages ✂️, drawing ✏️), as well as dream analysis 🌙, rituals 🌿, meditation 🧘‍♀️, and active imagination 💭. Throughout this process, I will be here to support you 🤝 and help you through challenging times 💪.

My personal and professional experiences have allowed me to develop a unique and sensitive approach to the therapeutic process. As an expatriate 🌍 with multicultural roots, I bring a special understanding to expatriates, professionals, international students, and those in long-distance relationships.

In my personal life, I love to travel ✈️, discover new cultures 🗺️, practice yoga 🧘‍♀️, meditate 🧘‍♂️, read 📚, paint 🎨, and draw 🖌️. I have a deep connection with dogs 🐕, water 💧, the sky ☁️, and fire 🔥. I consider myself a lifelong learner 🌀.
