Understanding and Supporting

Franco-Swiss and based in Geneva since 2007, my journey has led me to explore the world from multiple perspectives. From being a lad-jockey in horse racing to working as a trainer, developer, and systems administrator, then moving on to project management, entrepreneurship, and key account management, I have gained a rich and diverse experience.

Having studied and worked in France, the United States, Sweden, Japan, and now Switzerland, I have come to understand not only the universality of human nature but also the need for companies to broaden their perspectives. Faced with a constant paradox—optimizing their processes while remaining agile in response to market changes—they must rethink their approach to ensure long-term sustainability.

In my view, neurodiversity is a key solution to these challenges. It serves as an incredible source of innovation for some and a powerful tool for optimization for others. However, the industrialization that began in the 1980s created significant barriers to employment for neurodivergent individuals, restricting their access to the professional world.

Holding a master’s degree in International Trade, I decided to resume my studies at Unidistance to obtain the title of Psychologist, with two main objectives:

• Conduct psychometric assessments and IQ tests. Understanding one’s own cognitive functioning is essential. Combined with personality influences, the famous “Know thyself” from Socrates remains, in my view, the cornerstone of personal development. How can one choose a direction without knowing where they are starting from?
• Guide companies toward greater inclusion of neurodivergent profiles. This requires a fundamental transformation of policies and processes by adopting a new perspective: shifting from a view of “disabilities” to recognizing “spec-abilities” as strengths.

By fostering a better understanding of neurodiversity, we can not only help individuals thrive but also provide companies with a valuable competitive advantage in a constantly evolving world.
