I am an FSP-licensed psychologist dedicated to fostering a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals seeking support.

I offer a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, OCD, ADHD testing for adults, self-harm and suicidal ideation, addictions, and stress management.

• Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT is a widely used form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is effective for various conditions, including anxiety, depression, phobias, and stress.
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): DBT combines cognitive-behavioural techniques with acceptance strategies. It is often used to treat conditions such as borderline personality disorder and focuses on improving emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Addiction Treatment: I provide one-to-one sessions to help individuals explore the underlying causes of their addiction, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies. I work with evidence-based therapies to support individuals on their journey to recovery. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand and change the behaviors and thoughts that contribute to their addiction. My approach is holistic, addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of substance use disorders.
