Jade Henzen supports her patients in the process of relearning how to be in harmony with themselves—sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Through attentive listening and a compassionate approach, she offers work focused on nervous system regulation and body awareness, drawing inspiration from her ongoing training, including Somatic Experiencing.

During sessions, Jade encourages paying attention to emerging sensations to anchor a sense of safety in the body and to fully welcome emotions without judgment.
