A passionate athlete since my youth, swimming has always held a central place in my life. Swimming provides me with both physical and mental balance, and this strong connection with sports has allowed me to develop qualities such as perseverance, discipline, and resilience. These values, acquired over the years in the water, now accompany me in my professional journey as a psychologist.

Graduating in 2023 with a Master’s in Psychology, specializing in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Fribourg, and holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Lausanne, I am now opening my practice to offer a space for discussion, personal development, and psychological support. Curious and passionate about understanding the workings of the human mind, emotions, and behaviors, my academic journey has provided me with solid theoretical and practical skills. Throughout my studies, I have deepened my knowledge of psychic mechanisms and various therapeutic approaches to better support those who consult with me.

My goal is to create a caring, secure, and confidential space where everyone can express themselves freely and be listened to without judgment. I deeply believe in the potential of every individual, and I strive to help each person discover their inner resources to foster their growth. My approach is based on active listening, empathy, collaboration, and is tailored to the specific needs of each person. Together, we will work on overcoming difficulties, whether related to stress, anxiety, personal questions, or life crises.
