A physiotherapist is a healthcare professional specializing in movement, functional physical disorders, and pain management. The physiotherapist’s role is to provide each patient with personalized care tailored to their specific condition and goals. Improving patients’ quality of life, whether in their professional, sports, or artistic activities, is a primary focus.

As a physiotherapist, I address a wide range of conditions and pains, whether activity-related or not, and I also provide rehabilitation following surgeries or accidents.

Manual Therapy

• Treatment of joint blockages and dysfunctions in soft tissues (muscles, fascia, organs).

Dry Needling

• Treatment of muscle tension using dry needles (without injection), effective for tendinopathies, muscle tightness, headaches, and more.

Sports Physiotherapy

• Support for athletes of all levels
• Post-injury/post-operative rehabilitation focused on the patient’s sport, return to training or competition
• Recovery and prevention
• Specific guidance and adjustments tailored to the athlete’s activity, including taping/strapping
