Hello! I’m Nicola, a physiotherapist at Off-Field. Dedicated to supporting individuals and passionate about sports, I am committed to assisting you with any type of physiotherapy-related condition. I particularly specialize in treating orthopedic issues such as sports injuries, osteoarthritis, deconditioning, and I also handle pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.

My personal experiences with sports injuries, especially anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, have deeply enriched my understanding and have allowed me to better comprehend certain situations in order to optimize comprehensive care through physiotherapy.
