Mr Damien Hussy

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École de Santé in Geneva, I am passionate about cycling and movement optimization. I have enhanced my expertise through training with the French Cycling Federation on injury prevention and bike fitting, as well as training in Cognitive Functional Therapy following the Peter O’Sullivan model, a biopsychosocial approach to managing chronic lower back pain.

My personal experience of undergoing two ACL reconstructions has given me a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges of rehabilitation. My work at the HUG administering return-to-sport tests post-surgery strengthens my evidence-based approach for a safe and effective return to movement and performance.
