The study of the musculoskeletal system, the visceral system, and the craniosacral system is essential in gathering such information.

In addition to mobilization, passive stretching, joint mobilization, visceral and fascial techniques, I always offer my patients simple but precise physical exercises. I believe that movement means life.

My primary goal is to help people return to their daily activities by improving their body awareness, preventing degeneration, and promoting health.
