Harmonising body and mind
The body speaks a language more subtle than words: for over twenty years, I've been helping you to listen to it in order to balance what needs to be balanced on all levels.
Inspired by Dr Still, the founder of osteopathy, who described the human being as ‘a spiritual being who inhabits a physical and emotional body’, I practise general osteopathy and also combine it with other therapeutic techniques, in order to approach the human being as a whole (body-soul-spirit) using physical, emotional, energetic, vibratory and spiritual techniques.
- somato-emotional therapeutic techniques
- DSTH (Homeopathic Detoxification), which cleanses the majority of toxic elements from the body
- Chi Nei Tsang®, a therapeutic Chinese massage of the belly (2nd brain), which helps restore health by releasing emotional charges and calming the mind
- Access Consciousness® facilitation and ThetaHealing®, which help to deprogram and release our beliefs and limitations so that we can regain the power to choose and create our lives
As well as general osteopathy, I specialise in pregnancy and babies, in gynaecology and obstetrics and paediatrics.
My knowledge and professional experience enable me to help expectant mothers and their babies to have a harmonious pregnancy and a birth in the best possible conditions.
This support helps to prevent a large number of imbalances and to optimise the baby's growth and psychomotor development so that it becomes a balanced adult.
For children, I mainly use the Archaic or Primitive Reflexes, which are motor programmes essential to our survival and our physical, intellectual and emotional development.
I help these children to integrate these reflexes in order to achieve postural balance and better learning abilities.
With over 15 years' experience in paediatrics, my greatest joy is to see these children grow up balanced, flourish and become healthy adults.
My various training courses enable me to work with a holistic approach to people's desire for change and well-being, and to accompany them on their own path of evolution.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy seeks to treat the origin of disease in a natural way, right from birth.
Osteopathy is both a preventive and curative therapeutic medicine, based on manual techniques, which addresses functional disorders and seeks to identify and treat mobility restrictions affecting the structures that make up the human body.
Manual techniques are used to stimulate damaged tissue structures in order to restore their mechanical qualities and functions. This means mechanically restoring the quality of the body's tissues.
Osteopathy is a science, an art and a philosophy of health care.
It is based on the concept that the body is a whole and that health depends on the functional balance of all the structures that make up the human body:
- locomotor and musculoskeletal system
- digestive and visceral system
- cranio-sacral system
- respiratory and cardiovascular system
- Nervous and ENT system
- hormonal and immune system
- reproductive and urinary system
Osteopathy is a complementary medicine to allopathic medicine, addressing both physical and psychological symptoms, lifestyle and habits, as well as the patient's overall condition.
Osteopathy helps patients to manage their health and well-being on a daily basis.
