Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy that takes a holistic approach to treating the entire body. It addresses all parts of the body: the head, neck, chest, abdomen, back, and limbs.

As osteopaths, our role is to ensure that the body functions optimally. In simple terms, we release tension and blockages throughout the body.

This helps restore movement in different parts of the body, which is essential for proper functioning. It promotes the exchange within tissues, which is vital for good health. Physiological processes can then occur more effectively, increasing the likelihood of the body achieving homeostasis.

Homeostasis is a key concept in osteopathy, referring to the body's way of maintaining health. This is precisely the goal of osteopathy: to help the body find balance and well-being. To achieve this, osteopaths work to free the body from restrictions.

Osteopathic techniques are diverse and target all types of tissue, including bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, fascia, and organs.
