Dr. Alexandre Brügger 

Dr Alexandre Brügger is a specialist in orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal trauma. He provides care for joint disorders of the knee and hip, offering both conservative and prosthetic surgical options depending on the patient’s needs.

Orthopedic and trauma surgery focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. It includes the management of injuries, deformities, and surgical interventions aimed at restoring or improving mobility.

Dr Brügger has particular expertise in knee-preserving surgery (ligament repair, meniscal procedures, realignment surgeries), as well as knee and hip prosthetic surgery and trauma care.

He has worked in several leading hospitals in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, including CHUV, GHOL (Nyon Hospital), and Hôpital du Valais, holding positions as Chief Resident and Assistant Physician.
