His services have been rendered across various NHS Trusts in the United Kingdom, particularly at the prestigious Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, where he served for 1.5 years as a respected Cataract fellow and then for 2 years as a Cornea and Refractive Surgery fellow.
Dr. Hammer holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cataract and Refractive Surgery (distinction) from Ulster University of Northern Ireland and has been awarded the Certificate in Laser and Refractive Surgery by the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of the United Kingdom.
