My vision of nutrition

Eating well should be simple.

Living without dieting should be a given.

To nourish yourself is to take care of yourself — your body, your health — without being influenced by the latest trends.

It’s about learning to know yourself, to respect yourself.

Eating is also about enjoyment, sharing meaningful moments with family or friends — without guilt, intrusive thoughts, or negative emotions.

To support is not to impose.

It’s about asking the right questions, listening carefully, without judgment, with kindness.

It’s about guiding step by step, gently evolving habits toward simpler, healthier, more sustainable behaviors.

My professional background

After studying engineering, I began my career in aircraft services, specifically in quality assurance.

Two relocations and two children later, in 2007, I started working as a nutrition advisor within a professional network.

Becoming a nutritionist allowed me to combine my passion for food with my desire to share a simple and healthy approach to nutrition.

After nearly 15 years of working from home, I chose to open my practice in Versoix in 2020.

In addition to individual consultations, I also work with institutions and community organizations, offering trainings, conferences, and workshops on various nutrition-related topics.

My degrees and certifications

• 1996: Food Science Engineering Degree (AgroSup Dijon)
• 2020: University Diploma in Psychology and Pedagogy of Eating Behavior (Dijon, France)
• 2021: Accreditation of Prior Experience for the title of Dietitian (not currently recognized in Switzerland)
• 2022: ASCA certification
• 2023: Diploma in Micronutrition (Swiss Society of Micronutrition)
