My Journey

Eating well, staying active, giving life… these are the themes that inspire me and have shaped both my personal and professional path.

I’ve gone through two pregnancies, in 2019 and in 2023. The second was particularly challenging, marked by struggles with infertility and the preconception phase. These experiences deeply impacted me—both physically and emotionally—and further strengthened my interest in nutrition and movement during these unique moments in life.

My Connection to Sports

My professional journey began in 2017, when I started teaching spinning classes at Beat Fitness in Lausanne.

Very quickly, I felt the desire to go further and deepen my knowledge:

• 2018: ACE Fitness certification as a personal trainer
• 2023: Specialization in supporting pregnant and postpartum women

Today, I share my energy through spinning, HIIT, and Barre classes, as well as personalized coaching. I also lead outdoor Pilates sessions in La Paudèze and various locations around Lausanne.

Nutrition

In 2024, I chose to deepen my expertise by enrolling in the ASCA-recognized nutritionist training at EMAC school. This training is complemented by several additional modules:

• 2024: Cycle 1 in anatomy
• 2024–2025: Cycle 3 in advanced pathology, which will allow me to gain official recognition from ASCA complementary health insurance providers.
