The services provided are covered by health insurance under OPAS art. 7 and include:

• Medical-social assessment and coordination
• Advice on health education, prevention, and support for caregivers
• Monitoring of vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.)
• Blood and urine glucose tests, sample collection for lab analysis
