For years, the public has shown an increasing demand for a high-quality combination of conventional university medicine and complementary/natural medicine. This was officially confirmed by the Swiss referendum in 2009, which led to the adoption of Article 118a of the Constitution.

Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is an umbrella term for additional therapeutic approaches used to relieve symptoms and enhance the body's natural self-healing abilities. Integrative medicine combines conventional and complementary medicine, leveraging the strengths and benefits of both approaches.

The two founders of "Integrative Medizin Innerschweiz AG" have acquired extensive knowledge of various complementary medicine methods in addition to their medical specialization and postgraduate training. They have successfully applied these approaches in patient care for many years.

Recognized both in pediatrics and adolescent medicine, as well as anesthesia and pain therapy, they are regularly invited to speak at conferences and contribute to scientific publications in Switzerland and abroad.
