Background:

I was born in Switzerland, where I spent several years of my childhood. I grew up between Switzerland and Sweden, the country of my parents' origin. Since late adolescence, I have lived in Geneva, where I completed my medical studies. I speak French, English, Spanish, and Swedish.

Since my studies, I have been particularly interested in the psychological aspects of medicine. After briefly working in the field of mental health, I pursued further training in internal medicine and cardiology, allowing me to witness remarkable advances in these fields over the years. Concurrently, I trained in hypnotherapy and psychosomatic medicine, equipping me with tools to provide comprehensive care to my patients. I use these techniques to help individuals better manage stress, as I am convinced of its crucial role in maintaining overall and cardiovascular health.

Currently, I am also undergoing training in psychotherapy based on C.G. Jung’s methods, aiming to enhance my hypnotherapy practice and provide long-term support to certain patients.

Medical Hypnosis:

As a hypnotherapist, I help my patients utilize natural states for therapeutic purposes. A wide range of psychological disorders responds well to this therapy, notably anxiety, panic attacks, chronic pain, and phobias. Stress management, in a broader sense, such as in chronic illnesses, is also among the indications.

Each session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, with frequency varying from weekly sessions to more spaced appointments. Typically, this is short-term therapy, ranging from 4 to 10 sessions.
