Somatic and Outpatient Care, Including:

• Simple and complex wound care (chronic wounds, post-operative wounds, ulcers).

• Monitoring and administration of treatments (injectables, infusions, antibiotic therapies).
• Diabetes patient care (blood sugar monitoring, insulin administration, therapeutic education).
• Stoma and tracheostomy care.
• Blood sampling, vaccinations, vital signs monitoring, and chronic pain management.

We work in an interdisciplinary network with qualified healthcare professionals to provide you with comprehensive care:

• Specialized psychiatric nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, dietitian, speech therapist, podiatrist, etc.

Additional Services (Not Covered by LAMal):

• Housekeeping and grocery assistance

• Private transport and caregiving

• Administrative assistance in collaboration with a social worker
